karebrush: The #1 Rule for Small Eyes: Never line with black liquid eyeliner all around your eyes! This look is most ideal for big, almond shaped eyes. It will only make your eyes smaller so you’ll end up globbing on too much mascara just to makeup for the “shrinking” effect. This will also make eyes look extra small in photos -unless you plan on photoshopping.
